Privacy Policy
Effective October 12, 2026
Scope
This policy describes how Allied Mission Solutions, LLC (“Allied Mission Solutions,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information submitted through alliedmissionsolutions.com.
It does not cover information we handle on behalf of a government agency under a contract. That information is governed by the terms of the applicable contract and by federal law, including the Privacy Act of 1974 where it applies.
It does not cover information you provide to us outside this website, including by direct email, by telephone, or in the course of an engagement, except where this policy states otherwise.
Information we collect
What you provide. Through the contact form: your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, business name, the nature of your inquiry, and your description of it. We also collect the contents of any correspondence you send us.
What our host records. Standard server logs, which may include IP address, browser type, pages requested, and date and time of access.
What we do not collect. This website does not create user accounts, process payments, or collect payment card or financial account information. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to your inquiry
- Carry out any engagement that follows
- Maintain business, engagement, and proposal records
- Comply with our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we do not sell it.
Information sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for marketing purposes.
Funding and lending sources. If your inquiry concerns funding and you ask us to proceed, we may share what is necessary with lending sources in our network. We will tell you before we do.
Teaming partners and subcontractors. If your inquiry concerns a contracting opportunity and you ask us to proceed, we may share what is necessary with teaming partners, prime contractors, or subcontractors in connection with that specific opportunity.
Service providers. We use third parties to operate this website and our business, including website hosting, contact form processing, and email service. These providers may access your information only as needed to perform their functions and are subject to confidentiality obligations.
Professional advisors. We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, and insurers as needed.
Sensitive and controlled information
The contact form and ordinary email are not secure channels. Do not submit through them:
- Classified information of any kind
- Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI)
- Export-controlled technical data subject to ITAR or EAR
- Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or similar sensitive identifiers
- Proprietary pricing, cost, or technical data you intend to protect
If an engagement requires exchanging any of the above, we will arrange an appropriate channel and, where applicable, execute a non-disclosure or proprietary information agreement first.
Information you submit through this website before such an agreement is in place is not subject to any obligation of confidentiality unless we have agreed to one in writing.
Employment and teaming inquiries
If you send us a resume, capability statement, past performance information, or similar material, we use it to evaluate you or your firm for current and future opportunities and we retain it in our files.
We will not name you, or submit your resume or credentials, as proposed personnel in a bid or proposal without your written consent for that specific opportunity.
Resumes and credentials are shared outside Allied Mission Solutions only in connection with a specific opportunity for which you have given consent, or as otherwise described in this policy.
Cookies and online tracking
This website does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies. It may use strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect how the site works.
We do not collect personal information about your online activities over time or across third-party websites, and we do not permit third parties to do so through this website.
How we respond to Do Not Track signals
Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” signal or similar mechanism. Because we do not track visitors across websites or over time, we do not respond to these signals. There is no cross-site tracking on this website to opt out of.
Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include transmission of website data over encrypted connections and limiting internal access to those who need it.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website is operated in and directed to the United States.
Retention
We retain your information as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain engagement, proposal, and business records.
Where a government contract, federal acquisition regulation, or other legal requirement prescribes a retention period, we retain the affected records for that period. Under the Federal Acquisition Regulation, contract records are generally retained for three years after final payment.
We honor deletion requests except where we are required to retain the information by law, by contract, or for the establishment or defense of legal claims.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to:
- Review the personal information we hold about you
- Correct or update that information
- Delete that information
- Stop sending you communications that are not required for an active engagement
Send requests to info@alliedmissionsolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Children’s privacy
This website is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at info@alliedmissionsolutions.com.
Links to other sites
This website may link to third-party and government websites, including federal procurement and agency resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit through a link from ours.
Legal, regulatory, and oversight disclosures
We may disclose information:
- Where required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process
- To protect the rights, property, or safety of Allied Mission Solutions, our clients, or others
- In connection with an authorized government audit, oversight review, or investigation, including by a contracting agency, an Office of Inspector General, or the Defense Contract Audit Agency
Where we are permitted to notify you of such a disclosure, we will.
Business transfers
If Allied Mission Solutions is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information covered by this policy may be transferred as part of that transaction. This policy will continue to apply to the transferred information until the recipient adopts a different one and notifies affected individuals.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date at the top.
If a change materially affects how we use or share information we have already collected from you, we will notify you directly at the email address you provided, in addition to posting the revised policy.
