About

Better as allies.

“We are better as allies as we create solutions together for our predestined missions.”

The firm

Built around access.

Allied Mission Solutions was formed in 2014 and has since concentrated on a single question: what it takes for a small firm to reach work it is fully capable of performing.

Today that question is answered directly. Allied competes for and performs federal, state and local contracts as prime and as subcontractor, with financing capability retained in-house where performance requires it.

Leadership

Roderick K.D. Henderson

Founder & Principal

Roderick is a service-disabled veteran with a career in military service and public-sector operations. His background spans budget analysis, procurement planning and program execution — the disciplines that determine whether a contract is written well and performed well.

He also holds an active Maryland real estate license and the Military Relocation Professional designation, with a background across residential and commercial real estate and business advisory work in the National Capital Region. Real property and facilities support are among the most consistently procured categories in federal and state markets — areas where a licensed practitioner brings something a general consultant cannot.

How we operate

Four commitments

We state our status accurately

We show the designations in our SAM record and claim certifications only once issued. A representation is not marketing copy.

We bid what we can perform

We decline requirements outside our capacity rather than win work we would have to learn on.

We are a working partner, not a pass-through

Where we hold scope, we perform it. Teaming extends our capacity; it does not replace it.

We are reachable

Every engagement is managed by the principal. There is no layer between the client and the decision-maker.

Work with us.
