Practice area
Government Contracting
We pursue and perform federal, state and local work as prime contractor and as a subcontractor to established primes.
Scope
What we handle
Acquisition & Procurement Support
Contract administration, procurement planning, solicitation and proposal review, budget analysis and cost tracking — drawn from direct budget analysis and acquisition experience.
Program & Project Management
Project coordination, scheduling, milestone and deliverable tracking, status and performance reporting, and stakeholder coordination across federal program offices.
IT Program Support
Requirements gathering, documentation, configuration and testing coordination, and transition support for IT, records and data modernization programs.
Administrative & Operations Support
Program office administrative capacity: records and file management, operations and logistics coordination, policy documentation, correspondence and reporting.
Real Property & Facilities Consulting
Real property and leasing advisory, space and site analysis, facilities project coordination and market research.
Performance Readiness
Mobilization planning, staffing coordination through teaming relationships, and arrangements for the working capital an award requires before payment arrives.
Posture
Prime and sub.
We prime where the scope matches what we can deliver and manage directly. We subcontract where a larger partner carries the scale and we carry a defined portion. We joint venture where the requirement calls for it.
We would rather be the subcontractor on a strong team than the prime on a weak one. The posture follows the opportunity. As a certified SDVOSB, we also give teams access to service-disabled veteran set-asides and support agency small business goals.
Markets
Where we pursue

Federal
Civilian and defense agencies, concentrated in the National Capital Region where proximity matters.
State
State agency procurement, including set-aside programs such as the Maryland Small Business Reserve, where a certified firm holds an advantage that is often underused.
Local
County and municipal procurement — Prince George’s, Anne Arundel, Montgomery and beyond — frequently the most accessible first award.
District and U.S. Territories
District of Columbia agencies, and procurement in the U.S. territories where federal and territorial requirements overlap.
Classification
NAICS codes
Deliberately tight. A long code list reads to a contracting officer as a firm with no specialty.
| Code | Industry | Type |
|---|---|---|
| 541611 | Administrative Management and General Management Consulting | Primary |
| 531210 | Offices of Real Estate Agents and Brokers | Secondary |
| 531390 | Other Activities Related to Real Estate | Secondary |
| 522310 | Mortgage and Nonmortgage Loan Brokers | Secondary |
| 541618 | Other Management Consulting Services | Secondary |
| 561110 | Office Administrative Services | Secondary |
On designations. The socio-economic types shown on this site are those registered in our SAM.gov entity record. Where a federal set-aside requires formal certification, we represent only certifications actually issued to us.
